If you don't find what you are looking for on our site you can create a custom order here!
How it works:
- Submit our custom order form. Please include everything that we may need to know.
- We will review your custom order and call or email you if we have any questions.
- We will email you a quote for your custom order.
- You can either accept or decline this quote.
- If you do accept it, we will then send you an invoice for your custom order.
- Once you pay your invoice we will begin creating your order.
- Custom orders ship within 14 days. *Please note that if your order requires any products that we do not have on hand we will have to order them and your order may take longer than the expected 14 days. We will keep you updated by email if this does happen.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order and are processing your order.
Order Shipment:
Once we receive your order we will process your order and it will ship within 3-5 business days with USPS. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the manufacturing facility to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at blueeyedcreations@yahoo.com. Shipping typically takes 5 business days.
Shipping Rates:
We have a $5 flat rate shipping cost for all orders shipping to the lower 48 states. All orders over $35 shipping to the lower 48 states qualify for free shipping. For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii our flat rate shipping cost is $10. All orders over $50 shipping to Alaska and Hawaii qualify for free shipping.
Damages:
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos of the product(s) and box to blueeyedcreations@yahoo.com. We will be happy to replace the product(s) with a similar product, as our items are handmade and no two are exactly alike. We will ship out your replacement product(s) to you within 10 business days at no additional charge.
Cancellations & Refunds:
We do not offer returns on any of our products, but please contact us if there is a problem and we will do what we can to make it right for you. You can use our "Contact Us" page or you can send us an email at blueeyedcreations@yahoo.com.
