Do you have a storefront? 

We do not have a storefront. Everything is handmade, listed online, and shipped to you from our manufacturing facility when you place an order.

How are your products made?

Our clay earrings are made by hand with polymer clay. They are light weight and each one has a unique look. Some earrings are topped with a hard resin for a glossy look. We also have a limited selection of products made using leather. 

How do I clean your products?

Avoid using creams or chemicals like jewelry cleaner, perfume, or aerosols. If you do need to clean your items please use a damp cloth and wipe the piece gently. (ONLY for polymer clay products.) Leather products CANNOT be cleaned as this will damage the leather. You can find more product care info here

I have sensitive ears. Can I request a specific type of metal for your earrings?

Yes! If you need to request a specific type of metal for your earrings please enter this request in the notes section in the checkout process. Please note that there may be an additional charge for this depending on what type of metal is requested.

Can I get financing for your products? 

Yes! We are partnered with Shop Pay. Orders over $50 are eligible for Shop Pay. You can find more information on this on our product pages. 


How soon will my item(s) be shipped?

Once we receive your order we will process your order and it will ship within 3-5 business days. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the manufacturing facility to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at blueeyedcreations@yahoo.com

How soon will my custom order be shipped?

Custom orders ship within 14 days from the date that you placed your order. Please note that if your order requires any products that we do not have on hand we will have to order them and your order may take longer than the expected 14 days. We will keep you updated by email if this does happen. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! 

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the manufacturing facility to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. How can I get updates on my order?

You can use the "Track Your Order" feature that we have on our website. If you still have more questions after using this you can email us at blueeyedcreations@yahoo.com or you can call us at 970-852-5867 and we will be happy to assist you. 

What happens if my item(s) arrives damaged?

If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos of the product(s) and box to blueeyedcreations@yahoo.com. We will be happy to replace the product(s) with a similar product, as our items are handmade and no two are exactly alike. We will ship out your replacement product(s) to you within 10 business days from the date that you contact us about the problem at no additional charge. 

What happens if I am not satisfied with my order?

We do not offer returns on any of our products, but please contact us if there is a problem and we will do what we can to make it right for you. You can use our "Contact Us" page or you can send us an email at blueeyedcreations@yahoo.com.
